This garter is ment to be warn on the leg or larger arm.  It's a fun accessory for those who will be walking during the hot weather and will be wearing shorts.  It can be made from 16" up to 23" around leg ( Average is 19").  It's a great accessory for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.  It can be warn in memory of a special someone - or to celebrate your Triumph in the fight!
